We are not able to provide refunds, exchanges, trade-ins or other changes to existing licenses. Once you have provided us with the required payment information, the sale is final. TechConnect places orders on the first workday of each month (non-holidays). In order for TechConnect to purchase a license from Zoom, our accounting department must receive a copy of a signed purchase order or check/credit/debit card payment to proceed with the license acquisition from Zoom and license acquisition can take up to 30 days to receive the license.
